EULA - End User License Agreement

SlidingMenu Version 2.0 License Agreement

Please read the following license agreement carefully.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must immediately remove any copy of the SlidingMenu Control from any storage to where you have copied it.

Freeware Scheme
The SlidingMenu Control will for each SlidingMenu emit an additional Group with reference to Menulab.
You are not allowed in any way to try to remove this reference, if you don''t want the reference, you MUST obtain a valid license.
You are NOT allowed to make static output from a SlidingMenu under the Freeware scheme.

Trial Scheme
If a valid license have not been supplied, the SlidingMenu will try to run in Trial mode the first month after installation and after that first month revert to Freeware mode.
Then reverting to Freeware mode, all existing and future SlidingMenues will display in Freeware mode, if you don''t want to display SlidingMenu in Freeware mode, you MUST obtain a valid license.
It is only possible for a SlidingMenu Control to run in Trial mode on the same machine as there the SlidingMenu have been installed, therefore distributed SlidingMenu Controls will not be able to run one month in Trial mode, but will run in Freeware mode immediately.
You are NOT allowed to make static output from a SlidingMenu Control under the Trial scheme.

Professional License
This license allow you to install the SlidingMenu Control on one machine and to distribute the SlidingMenu Control to one website.
If you have been executing in freeware mode for a while and also distributed the SlidingMenu Control, you must be sure to buy a Server License of correct size to run them all legally without the extra Freeware reference Group (see Server License below).

Server License
This license allow you to install the SlidingMenu Control on any number of machines owned by you, but each website using the SlidingMenu must have it''s own license (if you are running 3 websites on a webserver and all 3 websites are using the SlidingMenu, you must have a Server License that allow a minimum of 3 websites).

Distributable License
This license allows you to distribute the SlidingMenu Control as part of ONE software title as a desktop application.
This license must be bought separately from the Professional License or the Server License.

Acceptance
You shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement by loading a copy of the SlidingMenu Control into any computer.

Additional Terms
For fastest possible HTTP response you are allowed to produce static output from the SlidingMenu and send that output from a webserver without executing the SlidingMenu - it is expected that only a few customers will have that need - however such static output must have a license whether or not the SlidingMenu is executing. You must NOT produce static output in Freeware or Trial Mode.

You are NOT allowed to
1. rent, lease, sub-licence, loan, copy (except as expressly provided in this Agreement), modify, adapt, merge, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the SlidingMenu or its associated documentation or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the SlidingMenu.

2. distribute any part of the SlidingMenu as part of any software development system without express written permission from Menulab.

3. use, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, reproduce or deal in the SlidingMenu in any way.

This licence agreement is effective until you terminate it by deleting all copies of the SlidingMenu Control (and eventually static produced output from the SlidingMenu) on any storage to which you have rights to delete the SlidingMenu Control. This licence agreement will also terminate if you fail to abide by this Agreement.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SLIDINGMENU AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE SLIDINGMENU SOFTWARE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT.
ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately remove any copy of the SlidingMenu Control from any storage to which you have rights to delete the SlidingMenu Control.
